When you book a time slot (e.g., 8:00 AM), that marks the start of our arrival window. Our driver will arrive at your location anytime between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM. We will send you a text notification 1 hour before we arrive so you know we’re on our way!
We have a $30.00 minimum charge for all pickup orders. This covers up to 15 lbs of laundry. If your load is heavier than 15 lbs, it is simply billed at a flat rate of $2.00 per pound.
Not at all! Many of our clients prefer to leave their laundry in a designated spot (like a porch or side gate). Just let us know where to look in the "Notes" section when you book. Please ensure your clothes are in a disposable bag or a cinch-up laundry bag you don't mind us transportng.
We weigh your laundry using professional scales once it reaches our facility. We will then send a digital invoice to your email via Square. You can pay securely online with a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours-48 hours. If we pick up on Monday morning, you can expect your fresh, folded laundry back before or by Wednesday morning during that same 3-hour window.
Absolutely. If you prefer us to use a hypoallergenic/scent-free detergent, please include those instructions in the "Notes" section when booking. If the request is more specific, send us a message to confirm we can accommodate appropriately.
Note: We do not currently offer dry cleaning services. We recommend checking your garment tags to ensure they are safe for a standard machine wash and tumble dry.
